Pilates Matwork Foundation Course

In this course, you'll discover the foundational principles and exercises of Pilates, a mind-body practice that focuses on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Designed for people new to Pilates and those looking to refine your technique, this course will provide you with a solid foundation to enhance your physical well-being.

Course Objectives:

  1. Introduction to the basic principles of Pilates.

  2. Learn the fundamental of Pilates and the Basic 5 to Basic 10 exercises of Classical Pilates matwork series.

  3. Develop body awareness, build strength, and improve flexibility.

  4. Foster a mindful approach to movement and breathing.

  5. Contribute to a better lifestyle.

Stef

I am a certified Classical Pilates Mat Master with Exhale Pilates London. I am passionate about teaching the pilates method as a way to practise body-mind connection and, as a result, help people improve health, boost physical performance and overall well-being.

Her demonstrations are super clear even over zoom and whilst I've taken a break atm due to a busy work schedule Stef has left me with enough knowledge and practice to keep going myself until I can get back to sessions. Her teaching style keeps you calm and relaxed whilst engaged and strong. Leaves you feeling quite powerful! Has been an absolute God send for my core and lower back strength whilst on a very physical tour. Can't wait to book in again. Worth every penny
