My Mission
I am a Classical Pilates Teacher, Movement and Well-being Coach.
Movement has always played a central role in my life, whether that was dance, yoga, pilates, aerial dance, climbing on trees, swimming, countryside walks, cycling.
I have experienced how movement is beneficial for both body and mind and I am here to help you discover the same benefits. My mission is to guide you in gaining confidence in yourself, achieve goals, improve your physical and mental well-being, be happy and empowered.

Group Pilates

Marèa’s group classes are designed for participants of all levels, from beginner to advanced. In these classes you will learn the Pilates Method in its classical and original form following a system of exercises that benefits both body and mind. Synchronising movement, breathwork and mindfulness is key to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and improve body alignment. Group classes benefit from the community support which enhances personal growth, leaving you more motivated and encouraged to strive towards your goals.

The one-to-one setting is the perfect way to maximise progress and deepen the experience whilst progressing at your own pace. Whether you are a beginner looking to establish the foundations or a tireless pilates practitioner wanting to refine your practice, these sessions are tailored to you. You will benefit from the teacher’s full attention and guide, as well as the hand-on approach to help you achieve the maximum results.

Meet Stef
Pilates, Movement & Well-being Coach
I am originally from the south of Italy, from a coastline region called Puglia. I have a background in dance, theatre and aerial dance. I have performed and toured worldwide, working with some exceptional companies and artists. I am also an experienced inclusive dance and movement practitioner, with expertise in working with people of all ages and abilities.
I am a certified Classical Pilates Mat Master with Exhale Pilates London. I am passionate about teaching the pilates method as a way to practise body-mind connection and, as a result, help people improve health, boost physical performance and overall well-being.
I have recently embarked on a new journey to grow my knowledge around breathwork, mindfulness and active meditation adding new tools to my work and services.
